Today, after we walked across the Edmund Pettus
Bridge, and just hearing how the people who walked across the bridge with Dr.
Martin Luther King Jr. felt about the movie Selma,
and how it don't get everything that happened back then, made me want to
make an autobiography about how I felt walking across that bridge. With
everybody we met they all said “We will NEVER understand how they felt"
when they crossed the bridge. I just feel the only way we might know how they
feel is by hearing it from them. Today has been an emotional and educational
day from singing as we were walking across the bridge. I've learned so much.
With everything I've learned I'm going use it for good. Today is only the third
day but we still have a lot to learn and to talk about. Be ready to hear about
it.
