In Selma we walked across the
Edmund Pettus Bridge. It was definitely an honor to walk across the bridge,
however I thought it would have been more moving to do it with the citizens of
Selma, the actors from the movie, and the people who marched across the bridge
in the 60s. After we walked across the bridge, we all talked about how we felt
and Mr. Kirk Carrington spoke about how he felt as well. What he said actually
stuck to me because he made me seem just like, I disappointed everyone who fought
for all that I have today.
